I have worked for Exxell for over 3 years.

What attracted you to Exxell?

The people who manage Exxell are inspirational.  Everyone knows the company’s objectives and works together to achieve them.

What do you like about working for Exxell?

Exxell is an innovative company and therefore allows us as consultants the flexibility to pursue new clients the way we feel will benefit them.

What makes Exxell different from other organisations you have worked for?

The support I receive from Exxell’s Management Team allows me to carry out my role more effectively than in other organisations. With the support from the directors, and the service I pride myself on offering, I have built and continually develop long-standing relationships with clients.

What has been your best / most successful moment at Exxell?

My biggest highlight so far is achieving the Osborne Rail contract in 2009 and now striving to meet and exceed their needs. I’ve also recently passed my NEBOSH certificate exams.

What advice would you give others looking at recruitment as a possible career?

I’d advise someone looking to join the recruitment industry to think long and hard about what area of recruitment they wish to work in. It’s best to try and do something they’re interested in as they’ll live and breathe it.  It’s a very rewarding job.
