This is an exciting new position for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in the Mechanical & Electrical Trades sector. Working from a new location for Exxell, you will be involved in business development activities, generating sales from outbound calls and responding professionally and efficiently to client requests and queries. You will also be involved in the day-to-day management of temporary workers; you will source, interview, select and payroll suitable candidates. You will also be required to assist the Branch Manager and Consultants in the general day-to-day running of the branch.
You will need:
- Previous recruitment experience within the Mechanical & Electrical Trades sector
- Proven sales experience including conversion from cold calls
- Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills essential
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- The ability to build effective working relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving Licence
- Excellent IT skills (all Microsoft packages)
In return, you can expect:
