This is an exciting new position for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in the professional / technical  sector.  You will be involved in business development activities, generating sales from outbound calls and responding professionally and efficiently to client requests and queries.  You will also be involved in the day-to-day management of contractors; you will source, interview and select suitable candidates.  You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and will be involved in the day to day duties within the office.

You will need:
- Previous recruitment experience within the professional technical sector
- Proven sales experience including conversion from cold calls
- Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills essential
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- The ability to build effective working relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving Licence
- Excellent IT skills (all Microsoft packages)
