Fully-managed labour supply package

Many of our clients have complex management structures, high volume demands, 24-hour multi-site operations, varying shift patterns and many different skill requrements. Exxell offers a comprehensive contract management package involving on or off-site co-ordinators and consultants who are responsible for the employment, induction and training of a large number of the workforce. Included in the service are charge hands, first aiders, management of all WTDs, provision of time management systems (i.e. hand scanners) and provision of PPE.
